Condolence From: Patti Mezoff Magoon
Condolence: To all of Mary Kay's family, I heard via a mutual friend that Mary Kay has gone to be with God. My deepest sympathies to you all. Mary Kay and I were in college together, and my favorite memories of her are that she was always smiling and laughing. I pray for the peace for you that only God can give. May His comfort and your treasured memories sustain you all.

Condolence: I interned with Mary at Southwest 12 years ago and she was an amazing person and mentor. She was a wonderful School Counselor who built great relationships with her students and the staff. She had a great sense of humor and I still have fond memories that make me laugh. Mary will be very missed.

Condolence: I was lucky enough to working and learn alongside Mary for a number of years at Southwest. Her ability to keep the best interests of students central despite changes and challenges, her sense of humor, and prioritization of people stick out as beautiful memories. She taught me to be quick to laugh in difficult situations, never be afraid to laugh at myself, look for the best in difficult students, and build relationships first. I owe a lot to Mary and am so incredibly grateful to have known her. Peace to her family and friends!

Condolence: On Wings of Angels Mary Kay. My love & sympathy go out to her husband, sister, Mom & Dad and dear friends and family. She was my first friend as we lived next door as little children. We both loved cats, dolls and playing school using an antique desk in her house. I think she was always the teacher. We connected last year on Facebook and by phone which was wonderful. I will miss those beautiful green eyes. ☮️💟
